Pleasing Tourists
"Your mainstream clientele will not have heard of the Camarasaurus. Dino nerds will love it if you stick a Camarasaurus with its friendly neighbors, Brachiosaurus. Fun lovers will be turned on by this combination too. Thrill seekers could care less, unless you shuttle a Camarasaurus into the carnivore pen and leave it there for a little while."

Sexual Dimorphism
Despite not having official confirmation, early versions of Camarasaurus originally had a shade of brown with dark brown stripes across its neck, back and tail, during the same time there was the greenish version of this pattern, both versions were scrapped in favor of the final dark green coloration we see in the game, it's quite likely Camara had sexual dimorphism finished during development but it was removed, it's also unclear which sex the green variant represents.

Trivia
-
Camarasaurus is the second largest dinosaur in the game.
-
Despite the low herd needs, Camarasaurus is a social animal that requires more individuals to not get stressed.
-
It's probably the most defenseless herbivore, as it has no attacks, and it can't run fast enough from predators.
-
Early versions of the model had a hunchback.
-
Early versions of the textures were one being brown and the other being green, possibly a leftover from Sexual Dimorphism.
